Our aim is to raise funds for the installation of a defibrillator which is to be installed in the parish of Little Wolford, just outside of the village hall. It will be provided and managed by the Community HeartBeat Trust. We hope, with your help, to raise money towards the installation of this vital piece of equipment that could save lives in our rural area.

Approximately 95% of people who suffer a Sudden Cardiac Arrest (SCA), will die before reaching the hospital and 30,000 people this year will suffer Sudden Cardiac Arrest.

with effective community initiatives in place, the survival rate could be as high as 50%. The most effective treatment was people on scene as early as possible starting CPR and applying defibrillation regardless of traning level.
